OMG… this place is amazing to fix your car.. don’t look anywhere else. Customer service 5 plus starts and the work they do it’s 10 stars. Kevin was super helpful all the way and kept me updated on the status of my car. The result was amazing like nothing happened to my car and service was fast. I had my car back within a week. Highly recommended Metro Auto Body to anyone who wants nothing but perfection and superb customer service!!

Metro Auto Body did an excellent job with my Lexus after it was hit in the back. The quality of the work was outstanding, the car looks perfect. Kevin was great to work with, very professional, easy to communicate with, and kept everything clear throughout the process. They delivered the car even earlier than expected, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I hope I don’t need auto body work again, but if I ever do, I won’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend Metro Auto Body. They’re an absolutely amazing shop that is equipped to handle any level of body work. The paint match and level of professionalism in the repair is hard to capture in photos. My Porsche 911 was damaged since I street park it in Manhattan. All I had to do was coordinate pickup and drop off of my car and they did the rest. They handled the insurance and the repair end to end. They also stored my car inside for over a month since I was worried about my car rusting. I would trust Reed, Kevin, and Team with any of my cars.

Like a lot of people I usually pick and choose based on reviews, having seen such great reviews about Metro Auto Body I wanted to check them out myself and stop by for a quote. Walked in randomly one day in the morning and met Reed, he was very welcoming and took time out of his day to come outside real quick to take a look at the scratches I wanted to fix on my bumper. Reed gave me an honest quote, no bs like some other shops that just want your money, was reasonable but I told him i’d give him a call if anything. Went home and thought about it for a couple of days and ended up calling Reed to setup my appointment. The whole reason why I was there in the first place was because i parked too close to the wall in my driveway and ended up scratching the bumper a bit. I knew I wanted to fix it and make it look as close as oem as possible. In the end i’m so glad I went with Metro Auto Body. Service here is impeccable, they even washed my car after and left it spotless. Shoutout to Reed, i appreciate you and cannot recommend him and this place enough! ps. for the perfectionists who are going to zoom in and nitpick, where the fender meets the bumper, we had decided to do a touch up inst
